CR Election Nominations Now Open

Nominations are now open for the following positions:

  1. President
  2. Vice-President
  3. Treasurer
  4. Secretary
  5. Welfare
  6. Social Entertainment Officer 1
  7. Librarian
  8. Punt Officer
  9. Bar Steward
  10. IT officer
  11. Equal Opportunities Officer

By-elections (term ends in Michelmas 2013).

  1. Social Entertainment Officer 2
  2. External Officer

Along with the CR committee elections, elections for CR representatives for the CR Finance committee will also take place. According to section 5.8 (a) of the constitution the CR finances are to be discussed at a committee comprising of both members of the CR committee (secretary, IT officer and bar steward) as well as three elected members of the CR.

Nominations close on Sunday, 5th of February at 11 pm. Manifestos should be submitted electronically and put in the Secretary’s (Katharina Werner) pigeonhole after that.

On Monday, 6th of February, Hustings will be held in the CR from 8:00 pm onwards where all the nominees will introduce themselves to the CR members declaring their manifestos.

Elections will be held on Tuesday 7th of February using the CUSU online voting system which will be available from 12:00 am to 10:00 pm.
