Notice is hereby given that elections will be held on Friday 8th February for the following positions on the CR Committee:
- IT Officer
- Bar Steward
- ENTs Officers (x2)
- External Officer
- Environmental Officer
- LGBT Officer
- Punt Admiral
Along with the above positions, elections for representatives for the CR Finance Committee will also take place. Information from the CR Treasurer will follow shortly.

Those wishing to stand must fill in their name on the sheets that will be placed on the CR Noticeboard (next to the bar). Nominations will open on Saturday 2nd February and close on Wednesday 6th February at 5pm. To be eligible to stand for a position, you must be a CR fee-paying member and be nominated by two fellow CR members. Only those members who are part of a course that will ordinarily continue into the next academic year can run for these positions.
Each candidate should submit a one-page manifesto to the CR Secretary (firstname.lastname@example.org) by Wednesday 6th February at 5pm. These will be placed on the CR noticeboard that evening.
Hustings will take place at 8pm on Thursday 7th February. Candidates must attend this event and be prepared to make a two-minute speech about their manifesto and then answer questions.
Elections will take place online on Friday 8th February between 00:00 and 22:00. Members are strongly encouraged to vote. Details of how to vote will be circulated early next week. Election will be by the Single Transferable Vote system as decreed by the Electoral Commission.
